NOW HIRING: The Alpine Group is seeking a new Legislative Analyst to support its client base, specifically the budget and appropriations portfolio. At least 3-5+ legislative years’ experience preferred.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our diverse team. This is a mid-level position and the right candidate will have ample experience on Capitol Hill. The job requires strong knowledge of the Congressional appropriations process and committees, legislative process, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities will primarily be to assist with appropriations including appropriations request submissions, monitoring committee developments, including markups and floor proceedings, attending hill meetings, supporting and interacting with clients, and more. This is not an entry level position, and requires at a minimum, three years of experience on Capitol Hill.
The position demands a positive attitude, strong organizational and communication skills.
