Job Description
The organization is seeking a Legislative Attorney to support its legislative efforts. This full-time role involves drafting bills, resolutions, and amendments, as well as providing legal advice to the Republican Caucus on various legislative matters. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree, have passed the bar exam, and be licensed to practice law. Strong communication, research, and writing skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and convey them clearly to legislators. Familiarity with legislative processes and prior experience in a similar role are preferred.
