Legislative Coordinator

The organization is seeking a Legislative Coordinator to provide direct support to Democratic members of the organization House of Representatives. This role involves developing legislative agendas, managing bill preparation, and staffing legislative committees to ensure member attendance and successful passage of legislation. The coordinator will also assist with district outreach plans and serve as the first point of contact in the Springfield office. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and a demonstrated interest in state government and politics, with Spanish language proficiency preferred. The position is based in Springfield, the organization, and is not remote.
