Legislative Director

The organization is seeking a Legislative Director to spearhead market-based labor reforms across various states. This full-time remote role involves conducting the organization, drafting legislation, and serving as a subject matter expert in state legislatures. The Director will collaborate with allies, engage with media, and supervise the organization efforts to promote labor policy grounded in free-market principles. Ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to free-market solutions, exceptional the organization and communication skills, and preferably legal training, with experience in labor policy or related fields being highly desirable. Interstate travel will be required, particularly during legislative sessions.
