Position Summary The Membership Coordinator is responsible for developing and managing supporting member stewardship events in collaboration with the Development Team and museum staff. This role will lead the acknowledgment process, including preparing letters, and emails. The Membership Coordinator leads efforts on key fundraising initiatives like Giving Tuesday and membership renewals, ensuring timely and accurate communication with stakeholders. Additionally, this position will manage the Chief Development Officer’s calendar, ensuring alignment with key events, meetings, and deadlines. Position requires some early morning, late evening and weekend hours on occasion. Responsibilities Acknowledgement/Stewardship Fundraising Initiatives Lead the coordination of Giving Tuesday efforts, working with development, IT and communication teams to maximize outreach.
