Location: Indianapolis and/or Remote
Commitment: Rolling start; flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 6–10 hours per week

About the Campaign
George Hornedo is a next-generation Democratic candidate running for Congress in Indiana’s 7th District. Our campaign is people-powered, results-driven, and unapologetically focused on rebuilding Democratic strength at every level starting from the ground up. This isn’t a typical internship. You won’t be fetching coffee. You’ll be helping to build a movement.
What You’ll Do
Interns will work closely with campaign leadership to support high-impact operations across field, digital, fundraising, and communications. Specific responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with visibility efforts (yard signs, lit drops, event prep)
- Helping manage volunteer pipelines and follow-ups
- Tracking metrics and engagement data
- Amplifying social media posts and digital narratives
- Participating in campaign strategy sessions

- Familiarity with Indiana politics is great, but not required
