National Organizing Director

The organization is seeking a National Organizing Director to lead grassroots and legislative initiatives across its national chapter network, focusing on the movement for abundant housing. This role involves developing strategies to enhance chapter growth, volunteer engagement, and legislative advocacy, while managing a portfolio of local chapters. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in grassroots organizing and a proven track record in building volunteer leadership and political power. Strong collaboration skills and familiarity with the organization movement are essential, along with the ability to adapt to a dynamic political landscape. This position reports to the Chief of Staff.
