Job Description

Computers 4 People is a fast-growing nonprofit working to bridge the digital divide by providing refurbished computers, affordable internet, and digital skills training to low-income individuals. We’ve donated 7,000+ computers and partner with 400+ nonprofits, with a goal of donating 1 million computers by 2030.

We’re hiring a Nonprofit Partnerships Manager to own and scale our nonprofit partner network. This person will review and vet new partner applications, run 15–30 minute interviews, onboard approved partners, and serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing support. We currently have hundreds of partners and hundreds more in the pipeline, so this role requires someone highly organized who can manage volume without sacrificing quality.

This role also has a growth component. You will identify opportunities for partners to work more deeply with us, including distributing computers at scale, offering internet access through our programs, and contracting digital literacy classes. You’ll help strengthen relationships while increasing impact and revenue.

You will prepare and submit grant applications and handle grant reporting, including gathering data, writing proposals, coordinating with partners, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting to funders.

You’ll represent Computers 4 People at events and tabling opportunities, acting as a clear and professional face of the organization.

We’re looking for someone who is extremely organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable managing many relationships at once. You should be proactive, reliable, and able to move quickly. Experience in partnerships, nonprofits, sales, operations, or grant writing is a plus. Proficiency with AI tools and CRM systems is required.

This role is critical to our growth. Every partner you onboard directly helps more people access technology, education, and opportunity.

Compensation: $65,000-$72,000 base
