Position: Office Assistant
Location: Washington, D.C. (Eastern Market office)
Compensation: $55,000–$65,000, commensurate with experience
Schedule: Full-time, in-office 5 days/week

We are seeking a detail-driven Office Assistant to keep our operations running smoothly and provide high-level support to firm leadership at a conservative law firm.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive professional to manage office operations and executive support while providing critical administrative assistance in a deadline-driven environment at a Republican and right-leaning law firm. If you thrive on making high-performing teams more effective while enforcing structure and accuracy, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
· Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, while serving as the central point of contact for office-related issues and solutions ensuring a smooth, professional environment.
· Schedule Management: Assist with scheduling for senior executives, ensuring deadlines and priorities are flawlessly managed.
· Meeting Prep & Follow-Up: Build PowerPoint decks for presentations at conferences and for clients; prepare agendas and materials for key meetings and conferences; track and drive action items for the executives.
· Project & Workflow Coordination: Manage tracking systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools for legal and operational processes.
· Logistics & Travel: Handle logistics and occasional travel planning with attention to detail and preferences.
Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of experience in office environments and executive support, ideally in law, professional services, consulting, or elected official offices.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with or a willingness to learn quickly to a level of fluency with CRM tools, Monday.com, and AI productivity platforms a plus.
· Exceptional organizational skills and technical accuracy; able to manage multiple priorities without letting details slip.
· Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential, high-stakes matters.
