Grand Valley Consulting, LLC (GVC) is a boutique Republican political consulting and fundraising firm located on Capitol Hill. We are accepting applications for a full-time Operations Manager.


The incumbent will be a key member of our small team and work closely with the firm's President and client leads to management the daily office and client operations in raising contributions for House & Senate Republican clients and other GVC clients.


Qualifications and Skills

·        Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

·        Relevant campaign or congressional office experience

·        Proficient in Microsoft office suite [Outlook, Excel, Word & OneNote] and database management

·        Goal-oriented and highly motivated

·        Superior organization and communication skills

·        Emotional and intelligence self-awareness

·        Handle sensitive information with full discretion

·        Hill and/or Campaign experience preferred


Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Preparation for and staffing of client events
  • Detailed database and hard-copy record keeping for fundraising activities
  • Preparation of memos and other correspondence
  • Updating office calendar for meetings and events
  • Logistics and vendor relations for meetings and events
  • Conduct follow-up with donors and client staff by phone and email
  • Preparation of detailed prospecting and call lists
  • Work closely with the firm's President & client leads on daily office and client operations in raising contributions for House & Senate Republican clients and other GVC clients.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset that translates into leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze current and potential problems and provide positive solutions.
