Job Description
The organization seeks an Outreach & Policy Advisor to support its mission related to laity, marriage, family life, and youth. This role involves researching and analyzing policy issues, developing advocacy communications, and collaborating with various committees to promote the Church's teachings on marriage and family. The Advisor will also engage with external organizations and contribute to educational initiatives on human sexuality. A Master's degree or Juris Doctorate in Public Policy or a related field is preferred, along with 3-5 years of experience in public policy research and analysis, particularly in areas related to marriage and family issues. The position is based in Washington, DC, with a salary range of $90,000 to $93,000.
