Black River Strategies is hiring on behalf of a Super PAC client.
Are you a seasoned fundraiser with a passion for politics and a knack for building strong donor relationships? Our Super PAC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Political Fundraiser to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our fundraising efforts, ensuring we have the resources to influence key political outcomes and support our mission. We are a traditional Republican PAC with the goal of electing principled Republicans that embody the values of conservatives like Ronald Reagan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Fundraising Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet ambitious financial goals.
- Donor Cultivation: Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with high-value donors, leveraging your extensive network to expand our donor base.
- Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee high-profile fundraising events, ensuring each event achieves maximum impact and engagement.
- Campaign Integration: Work closely with the communications and data teams to align fundraising efforts with broader campaign strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on fundraising activities, providing regular updates on progress and key metrics to leadership.
- Innovative Approaches: Implement new and creative fundraising techniques to diversify revenue streams and enhance donor engagement.
Qualifications:
- Experience in political fundraising with a proven track record of success.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Deep understanding of the political landscape and current fundraising trends.
- Strong preference for candidates with existing relationships with conservative donors.
Compensation will be a negotiated percentage of raised funds.
