Role Description
This hybrid internship role, based in Brookyln, New York with partial work-from-home flexibility, focuses on supporting strategic partnerships for Women Who Influence. As a Partnership Intern, you will assist in identifying and cultivating meaningful relationships with prospective partners, coordinating partnership outreach efforts, and supporting partnership initiatives. Your tasks will include conducting market research on potential collaborators, drafting communication materials, assisting in partnership proposals, and collaborating with the Partnerships team to execute engagement strategies. This internship offers hands-on experience working on impactful projects that promote community empowerment and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating partnership opportunities and conducting market research
- Knowledge of Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to support collaborative initiatives effectively
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Basic understanding of Sales to assist in partnership development activities
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Interest or experience in non-profit initiatives, community engagement, or working with entrepreneurial ecosystems is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
