I am hiring! Flatbush Cats is looking for a Philanthropy Officer to manage and grow our major gifts program.
Our fundraising strategy reflects our daring programmatic work; we don’t do galas, we don’t sell “naming opportunities” as our primary strategy, we don’t rely on restricted revenue to close large gifts. Instead, we focus on what actually drives transformational giving: building real relationships, compelling impact, and thoughtful, creative engagement that shows our donors that they aren't just supporters, but are partners in our mission.
I am looking for someone who is confident in making and closing six-figure asks, builds authentic long-term relationships, and wants to be a part of something innovative and growing fast. You'll be supported by a leadership team that is fully bought in on major gift strategy and is excited to provide the necessary resources to unlock big opportunities.
