Responsibilities

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul and Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with government affairs and corporate social responsibility teams across the European region

- Maintaining relationship with external suppliers and fulfilling administrative tasks, including invoicing and contracting

- Support projects for the European GR & PP team

- Support cross functional alignment of European GR & PP team with other business functions

- Help facilitate internal events related to team building and the development of an inclusive culture

- Assist the creation and alignment of team and department OKRs (objectives and key results)

Qualifications

- Entry-level position suited towards applicants interested in a career in public policy/affairs

- Understanding of international politics, culture, and public policy

- Self-motivated and excellent organizational skills

- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
