Policy Advocacy Internship

The organization is seeking a Policy Advocacy Intern to support its advocacy leadership program, focusing on empowering individuals with lived experiences in the criminal justice system. This role involves facilitating workshops, coordinating training cohorts, and engaging with local advocacy communities to promote the organization's policy agenda. The ideal candidate should possess leadership qualities, a passion for criminal legal reform, and experience in community organizing is a plus. The internship is hybrid, requiring in-person attendance at the local office at least two days a week, and offers an hourly wage between $18 to $21 for approximately 20 to 30 hours of work per week.
