Job Description
The organization seeks a Policy Analyst to lead and manage policy development, review, and compliance in alignment with its Policy Life Cycle Management process. This role involves supporting Subject Matter Expert (SME) development and maintaining policies, self-inspection checklists, and conducting gap analyses. The analyst will also perform independent verification to ensure policies are accurate and consistent with external guidance, while identifying policy gaps and proposing solutions. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of experience in policy management, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and governance documents. The position is based on-site in Springfield, VA.
