Policy Analyst

The organization is seeking a Policy Analyst to join its team in Springfield, VA, for a fully on-site position. This role focuses on policy development and compliance within the framework of the Policy Life Cycle Management process. Key responsibilities include leading the creation and review of corporate and cybersecurity policies, managing self-inspection checklists, and conducting analyses to identify policy gaps. The ideal candidate will have over seven years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks. A current TS/SCI security clearance is also required.
