The organization seeks a Policy Analyst to support public safety and justice initiatives through budget and policy analysis. This role involves conducting evaluations of criminal justice reform efforts, managing constituent services, and engaging in community outreach. Responsibilities include drafting memos, preparing the Supervisor for meetings, and coordinating stakeholder interactions. Candidates should possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with knowledge of criminal justice systems. A valid California driver's license is required, and bilingual candidates in Spanish are encouraged to apply. This is an extra-help position with a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000.
