Policy and Practice Associate/Counsel

The organization seeks a Policy and Practice Associate or Counsel to advance its the organization policy goals, focusing on removal, enforcement, and selected humanitarian issues. This role involves monitoring legislative developments, drafting advocacy materials, and representing the organization before Congress and government agencies. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, with a J.D. or master's in public policy preferred, and three to five years of relevant the organization policy experience. Strong writing, research, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote position, with occasional travel to Washington, DC.
