The organization seeks a Policy Analyst to join its Policy Development team, focusing on technical AI governance and safety. This role involves translating technical insights into actionable policy proposals, developing safety standards, and engaging with external stakeholders to shape legislation related to frontier AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI safety, experience with legislative processes, and the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly. A background in AI governance or safety research, along with familiarity with standards bodies, is preferred. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with an annual salary range of $265,000 to $295,000.
