Policy Executive Director

The organization seeks an Executive Director to lead its growth and development across multiple entities, including a 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and PAC. This role requires a strategic builder who will collaborate with the Board and senior leadership to assess current operations, identify gaps, and implement necessary changes. The focus is on reshaping U.S. Middle East policy with an emphasis on human rights and accountability. Ideal candidates will have experience in scaling organizations, fundraising, and fostering team culture in dynamic environments, along with a strong background in U.S. foreign policy and domestic politics. This position is based in Washington, D.C.
