Job Description
The organization seeks a Policy Specialist focused on gender-responsive protection within conflict and crisis settings. This role involves developing and implementing policies related to the organization's rights, protection of civilians, and addressing issues such as conflict-related sexual violence and reprisals against the organization human rights defenders. Key responsibilities include providing technical assistance to regional and country offices, contributing to policy development, and representing the organization in inter-agency mechanisms. Candidates should have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in gender equality and protection initiatives, with fluency in English and preferably French.
