Bogart Associates, Inc is a boutique political fundraising and event planning firm in Washington DC. We have represented Republican Members of Congress and PACs for more than 30 years.


Role Description

This fellowship is targeted for recent graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in political fundraising. It will be an on-site, full-time role with opportunities for career advancement both internally and within the Republican movement. We are hoping to find someone knowledgeable and passionate about congressional campaigns and legislation.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, logistics, and staffing of political fundraising events
  • Prepare name-tags, briefing memos, and staff fundraising events on-site
  • Track donation information and amounts in Excel with meticulous attention to detail
  • Administrative tasks to support office workflows


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience using CRM softwares
  • Previous experience in Political Fundraising or campaign work
  • Knowledge of Republican politics / current events
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, or a related field


This is a full-time role which is expected to report on-site to our Capitol Hill office 5 days per week. The start date for this fellowship will be in early June and will run through the end of December. The salary for this position will be $20 per hour.
