Founded in 2020 by a group of concerned alumni, Open Discourse Coalition is an independent, 501(c)3 nonprofit that promotes a variety of intellectual viewpoints at Bucknell University and beyond. ODC helps students and faculty express and hear a diverse set of opinions and ideas in a respectful setting without fear of retribution. We do this by providing a physical space where students and professors can create a tolerant community dedicated to intellectual diversity through the advancement of individual rights, civil liberties, democracy, and free enterprise.
The Leadership Fellowship is a 1-year, full-time position designed for a recent graduate seeking meaningful, hands-on experience in leadership and nonprofit management. This role is designed as a hands-on, immersive experience in nonprofit leadership, combining program execution, student engagement, and organizational development. The Fellow will serve as a central team member within ODC, working closely with leadership to drive student programming, strengthen campus presence, and support the organization’s growth.
The Leadership Fellow will work from ODC’s office in Lewisburg, PA. Occasional evening and weekend availability will be required to support ODC events and activities.
