The Office of U.S. Senator Alex Padilla is seeking a Press Assistant to join our fast-moving communications team. Responsibilities include tracking media hits; building and maintaining press lists; drafting press releases, quotes, and media advisories; distributing daily clips; and managing press interns. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess excellent writing skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Previous experience on Capitol Hill is preferred. Spanish language skills are a plus.
