The office of U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand is seeking a Press & Digital Assistant to join our office’s fast-moving communications team. Responsibilities include tracking media hits; building and maintaining press lists; drafting press releases, media advisories, and digital copy; distributing daily clips; supporting graphic and video creation; and managing press interns. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess excellent communications skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Previous experience on Capitol Hill is preferred. New York ties are a plus. Senator Gillibrand’s office is an equal opportunity employer.
