Job Description
Senator Adam Schiff seeks a junior communications candidate for a Press Fellow role in a large communications team. This is a paid full-time, one-year fellowship with a salary of $45,000, and is expected to be in the Washington, DC office.
Highly qualified candidates will have strong research and writing skills, a high level of attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced media ecosystem.
Responsibilities include drafting written communications material and background memos, media monitoring, and other tasks as assigned.
Candidates should have prior communications, journalism, Capitol Hill, or campaign experience. California ties a plus. References are requested.
