Program Director, Policy and Advocacy

The organization is seeking a Program Director for Policy and Advocacy to lead initiatives that influence systems and policies impacting the organization wellbeing, education, economic opportunity, health, and Jewish life. This role involves developing strategic direction for advocacy efforts, managing grantmaking processes, and collaborating with various stakeholders to advance the organization’s mission. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Colorado's policy landscape, and excellent project management skills. A background in nonprofit policy work and proficiency in data analysis are essential, along with strong communication abilities.
