Job Overview
The Program Manager oversees 4-10 after-school and summer programs, ensuring their success through effective leadership, development, and compliance. This role involves managing Program Directors, Program Coordinators, Membership Administrators, and other line staff. The Program Manager is responsible for fostering staff development, maintaining strong communication with school communities and stakeholders, and monitoring program performance to ensure high-quality services for youth.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals both in person and over the phone, applying tact and discretion as situations demand.
- Must have excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
- Responsible and professional conduct that serves as role model to staff and youth.
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree required (preference in Education or Social Work)
- Must have at least 2 years of director experience
- Must have at least 4 years’ experience managing staff.
- At least 3 years’ experience working in After School and implementing lessons.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
