Job Description
The organization seeks a Public Policy Intern to support research and analysis at the intersection of public policy and the organization sector, focusing on distributed energy resources, grid reliability, and resilience. The intern will conduct research on state and federal policy developments, analyze frameworks related to DER value, and summarize relevant legislation and regulatory activities. Candidates should be enrolled in a degree program related to Public Policy, Political Science, or Energy Policy, with strong research and analytical skills. This in-person internship is based in Austin, TX, and requires a commitment of up to 20 hours per week.
