Job Description
The organization is seeking multiple Regional Field Organizers to support its mission in preparation for the 2026 general election. This full-time role, requiring 50-60 hours per week, involves recruiting, managing, and training volunteers for direct voter contact initiatives, as well as executing targeted race organizing plans. Candidates should possess strong relationship-building skills, experience in volunteer management, and a commitment to the organization ideals. While prior campaign experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. The position will be based in Montgomery and Birmingham, with potential future placements in other locations.
