Hinge Intelligence is a small public affairs consulting firm. We build a foundation of research, develop messages that win, and communicate with impact.
Working at the ‘hinge’ of research and communications, we help clients figure out what they can say, what they should say, and how to say it. Sometimes we push new ideas forward, and other times we push back against opponents. No matter the objective, we love collaborating with smart, strategic teams on complex challenges.
We are looking to expand our team of researchers and writers to to support ongoing client projects.
Typical work includes:
-- conducting public domain research on key issues, debates, and/or stakeholder groups
-- drafting summary memos, fact sheets, and other materials / deliverables to inform client messages and strategies
-- developing compelling public-facing content that communicates a client’s perspective
-- collaborating with government affairs teams to solve client problems and advocate client positions
-- other research and writing as needed
-- bonus: proven tech savvy applicable to public affairs (AI, GEO)
An ideal candidate:
-- loves diving into a wide range of issues and debates
-- is a strong, versatile writer
-- can work efficiently from a remote location
-- has a sense of humor and positive, team-player attitude
Compensation:
$70,000 to $90,000 if full-time
-- open to part-time and independent contractor / freelance support
