The organization is seeking an entry-level the organization Associate to support its political polling efforts. This role involves project coordination, data gathering, and quality control for various client projects. The organization Associate will learn about survey the organization while preparing materials, programming surveys, and drafting focus group scripts. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A background in statistics or data analytics, as well as familiarity with Democratic politics, is preferred. The position is based in Washington, DC, with a hybrid work arrangement.
