Job Description
The Office of Congressman Joaquin Castro (TX-20) seeks a Scheduler for his Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, a resilient work ethic, and an ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
Primary responsibilities include managing the Member’s schedule and travel in DC and the district, collaborating with DC and district staff, leading scheduling meetings, collecting and processing the Member’s expenses, and assisting with office operations.
San Antonio or Texas ties are a plus, but not required. Candidates should be aware that this position will often require evening and weekend work. The salary range is $65,000-$70,000, commensurate with experience.
