Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz seeks a Scheduler to join her office in Washington, DC. Candidates must have exceptional organizational and communications skills, be detail oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

Candidates are expected to keep the Congresswoman’s schedule updated, respond to and process invitations for meetings and events in a timely manner, and manage the Congressman’s travel plans and logistics. The Scheduler will work closely with the Chief of Staff, District Director, Legislative Director and Communications Director, and may have other duties as assigned. 

Capitol Hill or other relevant administrative, operations, or scheduling experience is strongly preferred. This is not an entry-level position. Florida ties are a plus.
