Job Description
Grassroots Environmental Education is a national environmental health non-profit with a mission to inform the public about the links between common environmental exposures and human health.
We are seeking a part-time research associate to stay abreast of emerging environmental health issues, and keep our multiple websites, digests, and other public-facing documents up-to-date with the latest peer-reviewed academic research. Our subject interest areas cover a wide range of environmental health issues, from fracking to fluoride, plastic pollution to PFAS contamination, and wireless radiation to artificial turf.
If you are an individual with extensive experience in reading, understanding and summarizing complex scientific studies and reports, and are familiar with, and have an interest in, environmental health issues, we would love to have you join our small but highly effective non-profit.
