Overview: The Senior Manager of the Lincoln Center Corporate Fund (LCCF) will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate members that provide critical support for each of Lincoln Center's constituent artistic programming, education initiatives, special projects, and more. Reporting to the VP of Business Development & Innovation, this position will identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward new corporate supporters, primarily at the top tier gift levels. The Senior Manager of the LCCF will also be tasked with go-to-market strategy building, prioritizing, researching and prospecting in emerging, relevant sectors such as CPG, technology, healthcare, and entrepreneurship.

 

Primary Responsibilities

New Corporate Memberships + Sponsorships

  • Solicit, manage, and grow a portfolio of corporate supporters, with a focus on securing new revenue support for the Lincoln Center Corporate Fund
  • Manage stewardship of active Corporate Fund Members in partnership with experienced LCCF colleagues
  • Oversee corporate and private foundation grant proposals and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Manage the tracking of campaign progress and ensure the acknowledgment of campaign gifts
  • Conduct research projects, including compiling prospect lists for annual campaigns and fundraising events
  • Collaborate with Business Development & Innovation team colleagues to develop strategic outreach plan taking all portfolios into consideration and capitalizing on cross-team existing relationships (prospecting, pitching, promotional materials, newsletters, etc.)

Event Planning + Management

  • Steer the planning, coordination, and execution fundraising events, galas, and corporate engagement activities in partnership with Lincoln Center’s Special Events leadership team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics. These internal teams include Venue Sales, Facilities, Guest Experience, and Production
  • Work closely with corporate partners to maximize their involvement and contributions to event success, including new opportunities for signature event sponsorship

Relationship Management

  • Serve as a central point of contact for portfolio of corporate partners, ensuring clear communication, regular updates, and exceptional client service
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with corporate partners, focusing on mutual benefit and shared objectives

Teamwork + Collaboration

  • Collaborate in service of 10 constituent organizations at LCPA, requiring excellent communication, organizational, and strategic vision/execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and program management, to integrate corporate partnerships seamlessly into the organization's initiatives
  • Provide strategic input to align corporate partnerships with programmatic goals and enhance their impact

  • ·       Make key connections amidst a complex matrix of internal leads and external partners 

 

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate fundraising, corporate partnerships, or related fields
  • Have a genuine passion for the performing arts world, corporate social responsibility, civic leadership, the greater New York City community, accessibility, and, of course, creative fundraising 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a collaborative and inclusive approach
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Nurture a strong network unique to you and your background that will contribute to new and dynamic ways to the work that we do as a team
  • Industry relationships in the investment banking/finance, real estate, fashion/luxury, healthcare, technology, private equity, or legal sectors a major advantage
  • Proven track record of successfully securing and managing corporate sponsorships and partnerships
  • Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities
  • Proficiency in fundraising software, Excel, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
