Job Description
The Office of Congressman George Whitesides (CA-27) is seeking motivated candidates for our Spring 2026 internship program in the Palmdale and Santa Clarita Offices.
District Intern responsibilities include answering phones, supporting district casework, conducting research for policy briefings, engaging in constituent correspondence, and assisting with special projects as directed by the District Director. The intern will learn about the important functions of our District office and gain insight into the legislative process of Congress. The internship will run from January to April.
Qualified applicants are friendly, detail-oriented, professional, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Interns with ties to CA-27 are preferred.
