U.S. Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand (D-NY) is currently accepting applications for her Spring 2026 Regional Internship program for the upcoming semester. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to constituent service work and a variety of administrative duties. All applicants should be responsible self-starters who possesses strong writing, research, and interpersonal skills. We encourage current and recent undergraduate students with a background in political science and international relations to apply, but this is not required. New York ties are preferred. Internships are available in Senator Gillibrand’s state offices, which are located in: Albany, Buffalo, Hudson Valley (Yonkers), Long Island (Melville), New York City, Rochester, and Syracuse. You will have the opportunity to indicate your office preferences when you complete the online application. This internship will run from early January to mid-May.
