Fulkerson, Kennedy & Company (FK&Co.) is a boutique DC-based firm that specializes in Democratic Senate fundraising, event planning, and campaign finance. FK&Co. works with members of Congress, non-profit organizations, corporations, and individuals. Interns will assist in client fundraising efforts and have the opportunity to shadow associates at various DC-area events.
Accepted applicants are expected to commit to 20 hours/week with the option for some limited remote work (fully remote applicants will not be considered). A monthly stipend will be paid based on the number of hours worked.
Responsibilities:
- Donor research
- Writing briefing materials for clients
- Event and meeting outreach
- Event Preparation

Requirements
Desired qualifications:
- Prior political internship experience is preferred, but not required
- Interest in politics, specifically Democratic campaigns
- Organized and motivated self-starter
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make professional phone calls
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
