Sr. Director, Federal Advocacy– Strategy and Engagement

The organization seeks a Senior Director of Federal Advocacy to lead a team focused on advancing legislative and regulatory priorities related to the organization policy. This role involves serving as a principal lobbyist, managing advocacy strategies, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to influence federal decision-making. Key responsibilities include supervising a team of lobbyists, representing the organization before Congress and federal agencies, and leading coalitions to advocate for the organization research funding. Candidates should have at least 15 years of experience in federal advocacy, strong knowledge of health policy, and proven leadership skills. The position is based onsite in Washington, D.C.
