We are seeking experienced professionals with a passion for creating engaging content and bringing stories to life through people experiences who can help us drive our executive and ‘OneTLI’ messaging and communications strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, planning, design, and implementation of executive communications for TLI CVP internal and external engagements (monthly updates, All Hands, keynotes, LinkedIn, broad company-wide communications, PR, Teams posts, Yammer responses, articles, blogs, program related messaging, etc.)

Drives an over-arching cadence of communications and platforms for employees.

Drives the adoption and use of new technology and tools to help facilitate communication efforts.

Develop strong measurement goals and use data to determine effectiveness of vehicles and engagement.

Ensures alignment to HR and/or corporate employee communications focus areas (mission and strategy, accelerating culture change, employee pride, encouraging evangelism, etc.).

Create content and storytelling that is current and aligned with internal and external relevant corporate guidance (e.g., legal and policy regulations, financial).

OneTLI communications – ensure message consistency across all audiences for clarity, coherence, and alignment:

Maintain and update TLI internal messaging guides and cross org artifacts (messaging toolkit & framework, style guides, strategy memo, Sharepoint site, etc.).

Program consultation - provide guidance and expertise to program owners for executive-level presentations and content they distribute.

Liaison, key point of contact for TLI to HR Comms and Corp Comms/PR for any internal and external communications related matters.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Business Acumen - The ability to understand the parts of the business and their interrelationships. This includes skill in understanding the industry, competition, and expected future developments and challenges, the business's competitive strengths and weaknesses, opportunities to grow the business and reduce operating costs; and awareness of the environment for opportunities.

Ambiguity Management - The ability to manage ambiguous and conflicting strategic interests and/or objectives, including sorting and prioritizing ambiguous information so as to arrive at a sound business decision.

Executive Presence - The ability to interact confidently with senior leaders of the organization in order to present/defend/clarify concerns or issues regarding an existing project, program or solution. This includes the ability to confidently address difficult questions, handle push back from a high-level audience, and maintain an executive demeanor while engaging in difficult or sometimes high-pressure situations.

Project Management - Knowledge of and the ability to carry out the process of planning, organizing, and managing tasks and resources to accomplish a well defined objective. This includes the ability to manage and provide project deliverables, optimize the contribution of the people involved, and assess the impact of project decisions on quality, productivity, schedules, cost, performance, etc.

Written Communications - The ability to prepare clear, accurate, and understandable written text, and follow the basic rules of spelling, grammar, and punctuation. This may include the ability to create and receive/understand memos, emails, proposals, reports, and professional or general correspondence. This may also include the ability to comprehend, communicate and deliver technical information to audience in a manner that is adapted to their needs, level of understanding, and background.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 10+ years of Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, or related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum qualifactions AND Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
