The organization seeks a Staff Attorney/California Voting Rights Counsel to lead a new initiative focused on redistricting plans and election policies across California. This role involves developing a centralized data resource, litigating voting rights cases, and collaborating with data scientists and community partners to enhance legal advocacy efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of litigation experience in California state courts, including trial experience, and a strong background in drafting legal documents. A Juris Doctor degree and admission to the California State Bar are required. This position is primarily remote, with regular meetings at the organization's campus.
