The organization seeks a Staff Attorney or Senior Staff Attorney for its Immigrants’ Rights project, focusing on state and federal immigration cases and advocacy. The role involves developing and litigating cases, engaging in policy advocacy, and providing technical assistance to community groups. The attorney will also collaborate on campaigns addressing issues such as ICE practices, immigration detention, and support for low-wage immigrant workers. Candidates should have 8-15 years of experience, strong advocacy and litigation skills, and a commitment to civil rights and racial equity. Fluency in Spanish and experience with marginalized populations are preferred.
