The organization seeks a State Policy Analyst to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. This role focuses on researching, developing, and drafting legislation that promotes individual rights and liberty. Key responsibilities include collaborating with litigators to create innovative policy solutions, conducting legal research, and drafting supporting documentation such as one-pagers and blogs. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of legislative drafting experience, a law degree or equivalent knowledge of law and public policy, and a strong commitment to individual liberty, along with excellent writing and research skills.
