Job Description
The organization seeks a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide specialized technical expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and learning services for East Asia and the Pacific. This part-time consultancy role involves supporting assessments, evaluations, and research, as well as contributing to the design and implementation of methodologies and analytical frameworks. The SME will advise on foreign assistance programming and performance measurement while developing technical reports and recommendations for stakeholders. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, and an active Secret Clearance.
