The North Texas Regional Office of U.S. Senator John Cornyn, located in Dallas, Texas is now accepting resumes from college students and recent college graduates seeking an internship for the Summer of 2026. The internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain experience and valuable insight into Senate procedures in an office that handles a wide range of issues. Interns provide a valuable service that not only renders substantial assistance to the Senator and his staff but often enables them to personally assist the citizens of Texas in a meaningful way. The Senator’s Constituent Services staff, as well as his North Texas Regional Director, is situated in the Dallas office. The Constituent Services staff assists Texans having difficulties with various federal agencies. Interns primarily assist with clerical duties, and their responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Computer data entry.
- Research.
- Drafting letters.
- Answering constituent phone calls.
