Summer 2026 Judiciary Law Clerk - Senator Whitehouse
Senator Sheldon Whitehouse seeks law clerks for Summer 2026 to handle Judiciary Committee issues. Candidates must be currently enrolled in or have recently received a degree from an accredited JD program. This is a full-time, unpaid, in-person clerkship. Primary responsibilities include researching and writing legal memoranda, composing oversight letters, and other associated responsibilities. Candidates must be exceptionally strong writers, detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
