The Opportunity: 


We are looking for smart, dedicated summer fellows who have a passion for fixing our broken political system and a penchant for rolling up their sleeves and doing the good work needed to make real change. Fellows with Framework will assist nonprofit and political clients in the good government, third party, and reform space to help build a system that works for everyday Americans once more. Different Tracks will require different skills, locations, and availabilities, but all Tracks come with a $3,000 per month stipend and a flexible 15-20 hour per week time commitment minimum. 


Ideal candidates are individuals who: 


  • Have strong communication and organizational skills
  • Can work independently and meet deadlines
  • Are interested in organizing, advocacy, campaigns, or nonprofit leadership
  • Are comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Are available for the duration of their fellowship term


Previous organizing, campaign, communications, or leadership experience is preferred but not required depending on the fellowship track.


Tracks

  • Field Organizing Fellow
  • Leads grassroots organizing efforts including volunteer recruitment, canvassing, phone banking, voter outreach, and community engagement in priority regions.
  • Candidate Research Fellow
  • Supports candidate vetting, race analysis, briefing materials, and strategic research efforts.
  • Social Media & Content Fellow
  • Creates digital content, graphics, messaging materials, and social media support for campaigns and organizational initiatives.
  • Campaign Support Fellow
  • Provides operational support including volunteer coordination, voter outreach assistance, and event support.
  • Organizational Development Fellow
  • Supports onboarding, leadership development, volunteer coordination, and internal operational systems.
